Melina Stylli – Principal ISTD FDI, DDE (IBF, MTF, TF)

Melina started dancing at the age of 3 at a local dance school.
She gained her ISTD Foundation in Dance instruction, and Certificate in Dance Education in Ballet, Tap and Modern at DS Performing Arts. Since leaving there, she has taught at dance schools up and down the country, and choreographed many dance school shows and audition pieces. Many of her students have also succeeded in gaining places at vocational schools and colleges.
Melina has many years experience teaching kids dance from as young as 2 years old, through to adults. She is patient, nuturing and extremely diligent. With strong relationships between both the children and parents at Footworks, Melina has created a content, thriving dance school!!

Charlie Bates-Parry teacher at Footworks Dance School

Charlie Bates-Parry trained at Pineapple Performing Arts School on a full scholarship. Whilst there, she taught classes in Hip Hop and Street Dance, which is what she now specializes in. Charlie then went on to train at the DS Performing Arts where she studied Ballet, Tap, Modern and Musical Theatre. She left college with her DDI and grade 1- silver LAMDA medal.
Charlie is a resident dance teacher at 3 dance schools in North London. Teaching kids dance is what she loves to do most!

Abbey graduated from The Centre Performing Arts College in 2018, where she gained professional dance training in all genres, a Level 4 Diploma in Teaching Studies and three DDE teaching qualifications in Ballet Modern and Tap. She is very passionate about dancing and always wants the best for her students. Her personality shines through in her lessons which motivates her students to succeed. She currently teaches in other dance schools across Hertfordshire and continues to broaden her knowledge throughout the industry.
Abbey thoroughly enjoys teaching at Footworks Dance Academy every Saturday.
Beaux is absolutely thrilled to be apart of the Footworks Dance Academy family! She is an extremely passionate young women who has has taught and choreographed for a number of highly regarded dance and performing arts schools.
Beaux has also choreographed and taught at some of the UKs leading vaccational dance and musical theatre colleges. Beaux received her theatrical training from the prestigious Arts Educational School (LDN) and then went on to obtain a BA first class honours degree in professional dance and musical theatre from Bird College
During her training at Bird College, Beaux was successful in obtaining her DDI and then DDE – ISTD dance teaching qualifications.
Beaux has toured the UK professionally as the lead vocalist in an original cast production, had a two month run in the renowned musical: ‘Parade’, playing the role of Sally Slaton, and has also toured internationally for 12 months in the musical ‘Hairspray’, where she played Lou Ann and understudied the roles of Tracy, Penny and Prudy.
